Celebrate Huimin's Birthday...(4 March 2005)

We celebrated Huimin's and Parry's birthday in advance on friday night at Chinablack. And the cake was sort of a surprise. First, i dragged Huimin to the toilet and FooSeng dragged Parry to the gents, while Cheryl and Ching prepared the cake. The thing is, i really needed the toilet and took some time. When i messaged FS not to let Parry come out of the toilet first, he said, "Guys dont go to the toilet for so long?". Geez...But girls do..

Fortunately, things sort of fell in place. And both Huimin n Parry were presented the cake. On the cake, it wrote, "Happy Birthday Par-Min"

Hee..

Then, we went on dancing through the night, alright, not really, til 2am only. In the midst, i thought i saw someone familiar, so i took a second look. Sure enough, it was Yvonne(pardon me if i spell wrongly) and a friend from her class with some other friends on the dance floor just beside me.

Being in a 85-person cohort means almost everyone knows everyone. Out of courtesy, they waved and said "Hi" to me. The world IS really small, especially so in small Singapore.





2am, We were all exhausted and tired of techno. Like i mentioned, i dislike Techno music, so it was difficult for me to listen to it, let alone dance to it.

Ching and I practically stopped dancing and stood there, closing our eyes.

Min closed her eyes, but her body continued dancing. The sight made me laugh real hard cuz it seems like she was possessed, like Ching said. Hahaha..

Cheryl and the guys continued dancing, but i think they were pretty tired too..

So at 2am, we stepped out of the smoke-infested place and received fresh air.(actually, the air smelled of haze. At least it is better than cigerette smoke...)

After all of us had gotten ourselves a cup of instant noodles, we sat outside lucky plaza(that's where the 7-11 stood where we got our noodles..).

Besides our noodles to accompany us. Many interesting things happened right before our eyes.

Firstly, this very drunk indian or eurasian man approach where we girls sat.
"Hello sister. What is your name? Happy happy la, dont be angry. Why you angry? Happy happy la."

I was pretty worried he might touch CHer or CHing cuz he was talking and facing them. Fortunately, FS came to the rescue and shooed him off. Phew.

Not long later, these few "MARIAs" and a few men walked out of some bar in lucky plaza. After some discussion, the MARIAs couldnt wait and dragged the men into cabs. "$60"

Uh...That's just what they did. Gross...

Anyway, we enjoyed ourselves and we even planned to explore some other places some other time.
