5th November 2004

After the last paper(finally!!!), i proceeded to City hall...to fill in a form for a job(which i never got in the end! Sickening fellow, confirmed with me, she made an offer and i accepted, verbally, it's a simple contract. So can i sue her?)

Scenario:
The promisor(the toopid supervisor) promised the promisee(me), to let me work at Scotts Isetan from 10 November 2004 from 4pm to 9pm everyday. I accepted her offer on the job unconditionally and both parties were intending to enter a legally binding contract with definite willingness. Now that she has gone back on her words, have she breached a contract? Though no specific contract was signed, sealed and delivered, it was a simple contract. She has withdrawn her contract after i have accepted it, which means it is still valid. Correct?

Facts:
After some assumption and confirmation(from my V2's past experiences), we assume she has given my job(supposedly), to a fellow malay. She's racist! And the thing is she made me go all the way to the remote building at City hall to fill in the application form at their office(Interfashion Marketing). When i reached my block, she messaged me to say my application was rejected(excuse!) and there was no more vacancy left! She apologised, but what's the use? I dont want an apology! I want my JOB!!! Urgh...Darn...i mean her behaviour...*sob*

Notice:
So, if anyone have a job offer, please offer it to me, i'll accept. No rejection please. Or wait for my lawyer's letter..haha..jk..

Okok, exams' over, i shall spare you this...geez..Anyway, if only we studied law earlier, we could have sued so many people! Haha...Well, this is the fear Miss Peters had. She mentioned she had always been afraid that students, upon studying law, would actually learn to "make use" of the law in their favour. Hmmm...

A furry pinky stuff pusg cart shoo...

Walked past Raffles Hotel on the way...

After filling in the redundant form, went to Mac to fill my stomach. It was growling like crazy in the office, glad no one heard it, so i think. I didnt want to eat alon eat the food court there, i thought at least at Mac, i could hide in some corner.

Then Huimin called and we chatted about some things, i was laughing rather loudly, i realised, when one person looked at me when i laughed..geez.. Finally, we started to make plans for our annual pri sch gathering. Like Nina says, no one bothers. We try so hard each year to bring everyone together. Yet, some people just dont appreciate these effort of ours.

"Dont want la, so long never meet, nothing to talk about already. See already also pai seh!"

Excuses. Plain excuses.

We are tired, all these organising and implementing and of course, evaluating.(darn, i cant get all these stuff out of my mind..everything abt planning, organising, evaluating... etc..."DELETE!")

You think it's fun getting rejections all slapped onto your face? No, definitely not. You go all out, you just wana make it a fun, memorable day where every old school/classmate come together to just relax and have fun. But there are just people who do not appreciate your efforts. I can tell you, they can come up with all kinds of idiotic reasons to reject you. And why are we doing all this? It's not like we're getting paid or whatsoever. I just want everyone to come together and have fun. Is it too much to ask for? I know, there's nothing much to say if things are forced, but surely they can make an effort? Do they? I do not know.

The number of people coming to our gatherings are getting lesser and lesser. Reduced to a pathetic number of people who still bothers (Well, i hope this pathetic number of people would still bother..CheErS!!~)

We had initially thought of organising a chalet, to close that gap, or at least, bring the gap closer. But with all these uncooperativeness and unwillingness, we have seen no point. Everyone's just too busy, or so they claim. Thus, to adapt to these busy people, we have decided to reduced all the hours to just a few hours over dinner. Pathetic huh? Well, what can i say now? It's a rather final attempt, if still no one bothers, why should we?

I really treasure every worthy friendship. I can say, my primary school life is the best period of my life til now. All the fun and laughther, tears, anger...etc. However, when others do not share the same view, then it's self-deceiving that they do. Well, I shall not go into that...

Really, i am tired of organising this stuff where no one appreciates your efforts, in fact, we are exhausted. I doubt whatever we've done to gather everyone is appreciated. Is anyone even responding to our messeges? No. Ok, some did. Thankz.

Digressed too much....anyway...bought this blue Hello Kitty...

Raffles CIty has already started putting up their Christmas decorations! (to get consumers in the mood to start buying christmas gifts. Hey!, i thought i pushed the "DELETE" button... hmmmm...guess it doesnt go away that fast..)

Went home after this mini adventure on my own....

Watched some tv programmes and slept a little...Somehow, i just managed to drag myself in front of the computer and uploaded the photos from my phone.

We then met up at Causeway Point in the evening to Swensens for some good food for rewarding ourselves after the various tedious projects and the 2 week long toture from the 5 papers, and retail theapy after being deprived of it for an unknown long period of time.

BACK~ from retail therapy.. Phew, it feels definitely good to spend money, but the after-feeling of having no money in your wallet is no good.

My salmon and mushrooms baked rice...

Woo...i see you salivating...

Clarice's Crayfish pasta, due to Nina's trong recommendation...

Yum yum....

Nina with her breaded chicken..Smilez~

Clarice and me(with my panda eyes..no, not dark circles, just eyeliner!)posing with our food..cant wait to dig in...

"Hmm...better eat it up fast, or else cold already not nice.."

"Hahaha...mine's the best!!..Wahahaha!~"

Quick look! Winz's new hairstyle nice huh...Anyway, she looks fascinated by our spending power in a matter of a few whole minuites...I must say we were rather crazy..haha...

And i bought this conditioner which smells all herbalised, just the way i like it.

Last item, Ice cream..It was named "Ring-a-ding-a-ling"...What a funny name...geez..bet they couldn't comeup with anymore names and just gave it some weird name to make it sounds innovatve..hahaha....But, woah~It was really yummy!!~

Haha...so that's all folks...Journey ends with a mad rush home to watch "The Champions". Geez..Ok, not that mad.

Til then folks!!~~
